Refund policy

Flowers purchased or picked at a picking event cannot be returned or refunded.

If you purchase a PYO event ticket and don't show up, your ticket will not be transferred or refunded.

If you have picked cuttings during a workshop and the cutting dies, there is no returns or refunds.

If you have booked a workshop spot and don't show up, your ticket will not be transferred or refunded.

If you book a private event (such as a private wedding pick, corporate pick, hens do, birthday party) and cancel less than 48hrs before, 50% of the amount will be refunded and 50% will not, as I will have had the field closed for that date and not enough time to rebook it. Please cancel at least 72hrs beforehand for a full refund.
